Our Online Eviction Process

Resolve your lease compliance problems in any state or jurisdiction by submitting a request to your chosen attorney using our online eviction platform.

Step 1: Open Your Account

You can open your account by submitting an online request to register your property.  If you have multiple properties, our Sales team is available to assist you with sign up.

Step 2: Enter Case Data

To file an eviction request, simply log into your secured account and complete a simple Eviction Request form. The form will capture the information necessary to file an eviction in the jurisdiction where the property is located. You can also upload supporting documents like a lease or late notices. All necessary documentation is completed through our platform and provided to the servicing attorney or provider.

Step 3: Case Processing

The attorney or service provider you select will receive your request and file the necessary eviction proceedings with the local court. They will cover the necessary fees on your behalf and invoice you for the total cost inclusive of their fees related to filing and service fees.

Step 4: Receive Case Status Updates

Once your case is filed, your attorney or service provider enters all updates to your case from the day it is filed to the day a judgment ruling occurs. All case updates are available to view from your account as well as through automated email notifications.

Step 5: Case Closed

Once the case is complete, your case data remains stored in your user account for portfolio-level reporting, business intelligence and benchmarking.
